Main duties of the job
The post will primarily cover South Nottinghamshire however, the successful candidate will also be required to work across the wider tissue viability service as required so, a willingness to travel is essential.
You will be working in a nurse led team, responsible for assessing and prescribing therapeutic tissue viability treatments and interventions for patients in different settings, providing training and education to clinical staff. You will also be involved in the review of clinical incidents related to tissue viability. You will work closely with other multidisciplinary professionals therefore, effective communication is essential. You will line manage a small team.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
