Job summary
Rowan Ward 1 provides an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, compassionate and highly skilled team caring for adults of working age who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties. We are looking for caring, motivated and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Staff on Rowan Ward 1 benefit from structured supervision, opportunities for continued development, and the chance to build experience in therapeutic engagement, care planning and mental health interventions.
