Estates and Facilities Craftsperson - Building

This role offers a recruitment and retention payment of £3,500 per year.

Main duties of the job

As an Estates & Facilities Craftsperson, you'll be part of a hands-on team delivering essential maintenance, repairs, and minor works across our hospital estate. You'll use your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and general building work to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Completing minor building works and alterations
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in building fabric and systems
• Working collaboratively with other trades and departments
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
