Acute pain and vascular access specialist nurse

Job summary

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and become a recognised expert in pain management? In this role, you will receive specialist training to become a non-medical prescriber and develop advanced competencies in acute pain control and vascular access. This will equip you to carry out specialist assessments, medication reviews, and provide treatment recommendations in line with NICE guidance and local policies.

You'll play a vital role in delivering expert clinical advice and care for patients of all ages, supporting the management of post-operative and complex pain in both adults and children.

With your advanced knowledge and skills, you'll make autonomous clinical decisions--ensuring patients receive the safest, most effective, and most compassionate treatment.
