In this role, you'll inspire and support a dedicated team, deliver the highest standards of nursing care, and work closely with the Matron to drive improvements that keep our service safe, responsive, and truly patient-centred. You'll also play a key part in fostering a positive, collaborative environment where staff wellbeing and professional growth are valued as highly as patient experience.
