We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Community Mental Health and Open Mental Health teams. You will be working across a multidisciplinary service providing person-centred, recovery-focused support to individuals with a range of mental health and complex needs.
As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, including colleagues from the Voluntary and Community Sector, you will help empower people to regain independence, promote wellbeing, and reduce social isolation--enabling them to live fulfilling lives within their communities.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the organisation's localities for work purposes are essential.
This is a permanent position, working 22.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Provide direct support to individuals with mental health and associated needs through structured, recovery-based interventions.
Work across Adult Community Mental Health and Open Mental Health services, helping to deliver a flexible and holistic service.
Support service users in developing coping strategies, accessing community resources, and building independence.
Build trusting relationships using strength-based tools such as DIALOG+ to facilitate recovery.
Assist with practical matters including housing, benefits, employment, and social connection.
Work under the guidance of registered professionals, while using your own initiative to support service users appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely records of interventions, care planning, and risk management.
Collaborate with GPs, mental health professionals, and voluntary organisations to ensure a joined-up approach to care.
