Relational Recovery Support Worker

Job summary

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work within the Relational Recovery Network. You will work as part of a team in delivering care for adults across the age span who have a wide range of complex mental health needs. This client group have often experienced difficult and adverse life events so interventions will be informed from a trauma based perspective. To develop your role you will be supported with an induction package, both local and corporate and you will receive regular supervision and appraisal. You will be closely managed by a senior clinician in the team.

Main duties of the job

An ability to use interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff,patients, carers and relatives (as appropriate) remaining sensitive and empathetic.

Able to listen to others views respecting and valuing individual needs.

Build and maintain key professional relationships.

To manage case load and diary planning.

To have organisational skills, ability to manage own time and plan timed activities.
