Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Hip Fracture Nurse Specialist positions.

This role will undertake key co-ordination within the specialty, to ensure cohesion within the multidisciplinary team and efficient patient management working with and between ward nursing staff and members of the medical team.

The Hip Fracture Nurse will support the nursing and medical staff to provide professional, clinical, managerial, and medical support, advice, and leadership, ensuring that a high level of patient care is maintained in line with professional and statutory guidelines.
