Job summary
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated System Support Specialist to join our Systems Support team. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting the operational needs of the trust by providing 2nd line system administration and back-office support for various clinical and non-clinical IT systems.
Main duties of the job
Act as the system lead for designated systems, collaborating with end users to optimize system configuration.
Handle system-related enquiries and issues through the Service Desk, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Configure systems according to project requirements and change requests.
Provide expert support and advice to clinical and operational teams.
Ensure system data quality and compliance with national and local standards.
Lead and manage System Support Analysts.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
