Are you a compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) seeking a new opportunity? We have a Clinic Nurse position at Glanville House, Bridgwater within our Community Mental Health Team.
Our team runs weekly clinics for administering Clozapine, Depot and carrying out wellbeing checks, which includes ECGs. bloods, height, weight, blood pressure, sats, lithium monitoring etc.
You'll need to be a car driver with your own vehicle to visit patients. We offer a generous mileage allowance to cover the use of your car for NHS business, which includes both mileage and depreciation.

Main duties of the job
As a community RMN, you'll provide care to patients both in our clinics and within their homes, managing a range of serious mental illnesses and collaborating with various other teams.
You'll also work closely with the Community Mental Health Service, Open Mental Health and Voluntary Sector. You'll use a broad range of mental health nursing skills, including administering Clozapine, Depot and carrying out wellbeing clinics, which includes ECGs. bloods, height, weight, blood pressure, sats, lithium monitoring etc.
You'll need to make autonomous clinical decisions and create holistic care plans, with the support of your colleagues and Team Leaders. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided by our dedicated Clinical Lead nurse.
Our service is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, so no weekend working required - office hours only!
