There is an expectation that hours are worked flexibly over a rota basis which does include weekends.You will require good communication skills, a team work approach and be able to provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.This advert is open to registered or newly qualified nurses and ODPs.

Main duties of the job

To provide and maintain a high standard of evidence based, patient centred care in the perioperative environment. To demonstrate good interpersonal skills and to develop practical skills required within the speciality, whilst reflecting the philosophy of care.To deliver high quality care on a daily basis, using the systems in place in the department for a multi-disciplinary approach, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy.
