Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Booking Officer to join our Gynaecology and Colposcopy team. Under the guidance of clinical teams, you will play a vital role in coordinating appointments and ensuring timely communication with patients and care providers in alignment with the Trust's access policy.

Main duties of the job
- Coordinate and manage outpatient appointments using eReferrals (eRS), waitlists, clinic outcomes, and ward referrals for YDH and Community Hospitals.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Gynaecology and Colposcopy departments.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and effective advice and information to patients, colleagues, and visitors.
- Liaise with clinical teams and care providers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and adherence to policies.
