Job summary
The Solutions Developer works as part of a team to develop, support and maintain interfaces, system integration and other technical developments.
This will involve designing, creating, implementing and maintaining IT systems and bespoke solutions across the Trust using a variety of technologies.
This role is a hybrid working role, with the requirement for on-site attendance for monthly team meetings and as required to facilitate appropriate information exchange and face-to-face meetings
Main duties of the job
Work on system, integration and interface development projects.
Work as part of a team to develop functional systems using industry standard programming languages and frameworks
Provide expert technical support in relation to systems integration and interfacing, medical device integration, systems rationalisation and development.
Work on the development and support for bespoke software, interface and integration solutions.
Create software code according to established standards.
System upgrades, planning, implementation and testing.
Gain a good understanding of the needs and requirements of the end users.
Responsible for dealing with development, system integration and interface enquiries.
Manage the Integration Engine (TIE), Clinical Data Repository and related software.
Assist in the development of software, system integration, interfaces.
Keep up to date with Cyber Security best practices and ensure security is managed in line with these.
