Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Paediatric Care Team as a Health Care Support Assistant!
Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for dedicated Health Care Support Assistants to join our vibrant Paediatric ward, a 24-bed unit providing care for patients from newborns to 18 years old.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver top-quality care. Under the supervision of a nurse, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting patients to meet their health goals and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
If you're a great communicator, eager to learn, and excited by new challenges, we want to hear from you! While experience in a care setting is a plus, full training and ongoing professional development will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
This role offers flexible shift patterns, including the opportunity to participate in our on-call service once fully trained.
