Job summary

As specialists in employee relations our Human Resources Advisory team are a critical component of People Services. Key to the team is the ability to create and maintain positive working relationships between our organisation and our people.

With our services being delivered across geographical boundaries, it's important our people are listened to, and enabled to work together. Our HR Advisor team act as coaches for our managers to enable leaders to build and own their own people management.

We are looking for someone to join the team who can influence, using their professional knowledge and courage to challenge decisions, and support building credibility and integrity of the people services function.

Main duties of the job

The role can be delivered flexibly with agile working encouraged. We know to get the best from you we need to invest in you, team and individual support and development is offered.

This role will suit someone who wants to push boundaries, grow and be proud to be part of the people profession in the NHS.
