Job summary

Its a very exciting time to join the expanding Dermatology Team here in Somerset. We welcome applicants with an interest and knowledge in Dermatology. You will be working alongside a newly merged Multi Disciplinary Team supporting clinicians with patient appointments and minor surgery clinics.

You will be required to travel to different locations for clinic cover for the West side of Somerset.

You will support the systems for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient-centred care delivery, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy.

Main duties of the job

Delivers patient care including health promotion daily, to patients who present with undifferentiated conditions including life-threatening emergencies to adults. Have a knowledge of all relevant outpatient specialties and be able to facilitate these clinics. You will provide support to our Consultants, Nurses and GP's with extended roles and will be able to provide excellent care and experience for our patients including skin cancer and medical dermatology.
