Job summary

The Ward at Crewkerne Community Hospital is a 20 bedded unit focussing on delivering rehabilitation to adults and providing dignified end of life care. We work closely with our multidisciplinary team and our local community to ensure the care given to our patients is timely, evidence based and compassionate.

We are committed to delivering the safest possible patient care and the best possible experience for patients. We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and caring nurses, who are reliable and flexible, to join our team working at our community hospital in Crewkerne. Main duties of the job

You will provide high quality patient care and participate in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care needs for the patient group.

You will demonstrate Trust values whilst deliver safe and compassionate person centred care, treating patients, service users and their family with consideration and respect.

You will provide relevant forms of care with minimal supervision and participate in the supervision, teaching and assessment of junior staff and students.

You will be required to work flexibly and in other areas of the Trust to meet service needs.
