Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Team at Yeovil District Hospital to lead the Physiotherapy service provision to the Intensive Care Unit, respiratory and surgical wards.

The successful individual will be expected to work closely alongside an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to provide clinical expertise and operational leadership to a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Practitioners/Assistants.

  • HCPC Registration
  • Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio including attendance at recent postgraduate courses related to this post E A/I ? Evidence of post graduate education

Desirable

  • Membership of the CSP
  • Membership of ACPIN or other relevant special interest group

  • Detailed, proven and up to date post graduate experience with extensive clinical experience relevant to the post
  • Relevant and comprehensive evidence of life long learning and post-graduation training
