A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Manager to join the West of England Imaging Network team. Although this role is hosted by Somerset Foundation Trust, the clinical network covers the geographies associated with Somerset NHS FT, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS FT, Great Western Hospitals NHS FT, North Bristol NHS Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS FT, Salisbury NHS FT and University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS FT.
Clinical networks were established to bring about improvement in the quality and equity of care and outcomes of their population, both now and in the future. The networks are particularly focused on digital development, building a workforce fit for the future and on clinical quality, effectiveness and standardisation. This is both a very exciting and challenging time for diagnostics within the NHS, as we strive to meet the challenges of COVID-19 recovery alongside growing demand for services.
You'll be responsible for providing project support to the West of England Imaging Network team's Image Sharing Programme.
This is a full time, fixed term role which is at least 90% remote working, with occasional travel (likely once a month) to south west locations within the network footprint.
Main duties of the job
- support the networks with diary management
- co-ordinate and minute meetings
- pro-actively manage project documentation including the programme plan associated with the programme
- be an active member of the team, taking part in and leading elements of the project work to progress the work programmes
