We have a 30 bedded inpatient unit with a general focus on rehabilitation, Care for the elderly and palliative care. We offer patient centred care and along with our rehabilitation colleagues support our Patients to meet their potential with the aim of discharging to their own home or to an appropriate discharge destination dependent on need.

Main duties of the job

Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous but all necessary skills training, professional updates and mandatory training as appropriate to the post will be provided.

There will be an expectation of a flexible approach to shifts patterns with a commitment to participate in the on call service after appropriate training.
