Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for a Part time Medical Secretary in our busy Gastroenterology department.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy secretarial office. The emphasis is on team working and a supportive administration team.
Good communication and organisational abilities are essential.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to provide efficient and effective secretarial duties across 2 different offices with in Gastroentology
You will also provide flexible secretarial support to the clinician teams as requested by the Operational Service Manager to support service requirements during absence as necessary.
You will work with support administrative teams to develop collaborative working partnerships, which positively contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
