Job summary
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust are seeking exceptional candidates with the requisite skills and knowledge of working in the area of public protection and the in particular the management of public protection arrangements for public services.
The post holder will have primary lead and operational responsibility to enable the Trust to meet its statutory 'Duty to Cooperate' with the national guidance for MAPPA the local MAPPA processes with partner agencies.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing specialist skills and knowledge to enable advice, guidance and supervision of colleagues across the Trust in relation to MAPPA.
You will lead on the data collection and reporting to ensuring compliance with the statutory Duty to Cooperate with MAPPA on behalf of the Trust.
