Continence - Clinical/Admin Support

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical/Admin Support to join our team!

The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive and efficient clinical and administrative support to the Adult Continence Service.

Working within a team of 6, across Somerset providing continence support to care support workers, clients, relatives and colleagues under the guidance of the Continence Service Specialist Nurses.

Computer systems will be used including RIO and ESSITY as well as bladder scanners.

Main duties of the job

• Working closely with clinical team members to deliver co-ordinated service support.
• Supporting the daily running of the service via processing of service referrals, booking appointments and sending relevant correspondence.
• Support the running of the home delivery service and product supplier database.
• Deal with telephone enquiries from service users/colleagues.
• Organise own workload.
• The role will involve travelling across Somerest.
• Flexible working will be considered as long as it meets the needs of the continence service and the team.
• Work within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust values and core standards whilst maintaining a service to colleagues and service users.
