We have a team of approximately 200 employee's and 90 Radiographers. We'd love for you to become part of our expanding service.
Musgrove Park Hospital is recruiting Band 6 Radiographers, to join our growing CT department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our service and we welcome informal discussions prior to your application.
With QSI Accreditation this is a forward thinking and progressive Radiology service in an 800+ bed acute DGH. The service employs the latestimaging techniques. With a Managed Equipment Service supplied by Althea, we ensure that all our equipment remains up to date. The Trust also works in collaboration with Alliance Medical Limited to provide a community diagnostic centre, utilising a novel shared staffing model.

Main duties of the job
We encourage applications from qualified radiographers with experience in CT and would also welcome applicants with general experience, looking to train in one of these areas.
Each role involves:
- Dedication to excellent patient care and the provision of high-quality imaging
- Commitment to team-orientated working and a desire to maintain peer support with in the radiology department
- Ambition to help develop your own knowledge and skills, whilst supporting colleagues and other learners to do the same
We offer our radiographers an exciting opportunity to rotate through 5 CT scanners, providing a mixture of routine and complex imaging examinations in different settings.
Whilst this role is predominantly CT, some rotation through the projectional x-ray service is required.
