We are looking for Theatres Team Leader to work across our Maxillofacial, Dermatology & Plastic Surgery teams at West Mendip Hospital!
You will demonstrate a 'leading by example' style of leadership with clinical credibility, maintaining visibility and accessibility to both staff and patients, including undertaking direct patient care.

Main duties of the job
You will ensure the highest standard of clinical care is provided, be easily identifiable to clients and users, provide leadership and have the appropriate level of authority to provide support, advice and assistance required by patients, their families, carers and colleagues. Emphasis on the areas of patient/client safety, patient experience, user engagement and clinical outcomes will be essential. Assist with the efficient delivery of expert nursing care within Theatres.
