We're looking to welcome a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Enhanced Outreach Team. This role will be working within client's homes as well as a range of other settings.
Whether you're a Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Children's Nurse, as long as you are compassionate and understand the challenges of working with Young People and Families in crisis, we want to hear from you.

Main duties of the job
The role is varied with a mix of individual therapeutic work, supporting parents/carers, and daily shift coordination responsibilities for the team.
The Team operates an extended day service, seven days a week. Responsibilities include: assessing and evaluating the intensive treatment given to clients. You will be able to provide advice and practical support to young people and their families as well as therapeutic interventions.
You'll be responsible for building key working relationships with both internal and external parties including families, local authorities and the Operational Service Manager.
We're looking for someone with a recognised professional qualification in either Nursing, Social work or Occupational Therapy. You must have a knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders in children and young people, as well as a range of evidence-based treatment / therapeutic interventions.
