Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Administratorto join our busy Resourcing Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, administrative experience and a passion for providing a high-quality service to colleagues across the Trust.

In this role, you will help shape our recruitment service and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to provide an efficient, customer-focused front-of-house and administrative recruitment service for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

You will need to support the delivery of safe, timely and values-led recruitment by ensuring high-quality administration, excellent customer service to candidates and staff, and full compliance with pre-employment standards.
