Division D is seeking a highly professional, comprehensive, and confidential Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Divisional Triumvirate. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the division, requiring the post holder to manage a variety of tasks with utmost efficiency and discretion
Main duties of the job
Key attributes of the post holder include ahigh level of professionalism, judgement, discretion,diplomacy, calmness under pressure, exceptional attentionto detail, able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks andwork under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and workingunder own initiative and unsupervised for the provision of ahigh quality and comprehensive service to the Division.
