Job summary

We are looking for an Integrated Neighbourhood Project Managerto join our small innovative team covering Cambridge City. Thisrole isperfect for anyone with a background in designing, managing, and delivering projects, with a passion for working collaboratively, taking a people centred approach and empowering others. We are looking for someone keen to learn how they can use their energy, knowledge, and experience to support the development of Integrated Neighbourhoods.

Your role will be to bring partners and communities together, helping Integrated Neighbourhoods to collectively identify how they can improve care and support, and then to deliver this change and transformation collaboratively.

You will act as a relationship builder and connector, helping to join partners up and try new ways of working at a time of significant pressures and challenges. You will provide transformation and project management expertise to make positive changes, build strong and sustainable foundations for Integrated Neighbourhoods and to tackle inequalities.

This is a full-time position.However, we would welcome flexible working / reduced hours proposals, long term secondments (please seek your managers permission before applying) will also be considered.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide transformation support and project management for the Integrated Neighbourhoods programme of work.

  • Review population health data and support public engagement to determine local needs and how citizens can shape the improvement of their health and care support.

  • Be responsible for supporting the service redesign and delivery of specific projects within the Integrated Neighbourhood particularly around long-term conditions and health inequalities.

  • Work closely to build relationships and bring partners and communities together to create a shared vision, priorities and make positive changes to the way we collaboratively support our community's health & wellbeing.

  • Work closely with Clinical leaders, Primary Care, the acute sector, community services, health commissioners, local leaders, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, and the public to support the development of the service design.

  • You may line manage project support officers and will work closely and collaboratively with the other Integrated Neighbourhood Project and Programme Managers
