Job summary

This is an exciting role with the Medical Staffing team to provide in-depth systems support and guidance to our Medical end-users across the organisation for the Trust e-rostering system.

You will also be responsible for assisting with the processing of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as well as other data reporting and analysis tasks which fall under the remit of Medical Staffing and the Medical Director's Office.

The Medical Staffing team is responsible for all aspects of HR activity for medical and dental staff including Employee Relations, GMC Revalidation and Workforce Compliance.

Working within a team of over 20 you will have access to options to work flexibly on a pattern of a "nine day fortnight" and will have the ability to work from home on around one third of your working shifts.

Main duties of the job

The primary responsibility of this post holder is to support the day-to-day operational requirements of the medical rostering system provided by RLDatix, as a system administrator and advanced user. You will provide efficient and customer-focused support to systems users responding to requests for assistance, as well as maintaining the system on a day-to-day basis.

You will also support the data quality within the Medical Staffing Department being responsible for assisting with the processing of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as well as other regular reporting requirements both internally and externally to regional and national bodies.
