An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join the Paediatric & Neonatal Decision Support & Retrieval Service (PaNDR) for the East of England.
We are looking to recruit to three full time substantive posts.
PaNDR is a service which delivers neonatal and paediatric critical care transfers across the East of England. You will play an important role by supporting the management of a professional administration service to the PaNDR team and its users, as well as managing and supporting the Emergency Bed Service team to ensure a high quality service is delivered.
Main duties of the job
Work with the Business Support Manager and Deputy Operations Manager in the delivery of a 24/7 Emergency Bed Service and conference call service within the region.
Lead each day shift, whilst fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the emergency bed service e.g. receiving regional referrals and coordinating beds/cots, working together with one or more coordinator(s).
Line manage a team of multi-skilled EBS coordinators who deliver a 24/7 Emergency regional service, to include management responsibilities such as annual appraisals, performance and staff sickness management.
Provide administration support to the Business Support Manager and Senior Management Team including audits, governance, data, minute taking and diary management.
