Job summary

Support the maintenance of our Totara Learning Management System (DOT), ensuring the effective administration of the system including the testing, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, ensuring accurate learner assignments, and developing reports for a variety of internal customers.

Support with the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other related software integration and day to day queries and incoming to the team.

Supporting operational management with the team and taking a lead with the systems user interface (UI) and the user-experience (UX).

Main duties of the job

Support with maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Maintains the configuration of the LMS.

Supports with new configuration requests to the LMS.

Maintains roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access.

Provides on-going training and technical support to users, supervisors, administrators and others who interact with the LMS.

  • Knowledge / application of all elements of MS Office software.
  • Detailed knowledge of e-learning development tools and systems management.

Desirable

  • Evidence of further professional development in IT.
  • Knowledge of computer based report writing and data analysis of complex and / or sensitive data.

Experience

  • Experience of using Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience of user training.
  • Web development experience.
  • Experience of providing a customer focused service.
