Job summary

Developing the East of England Specialised Provider Collaborative is a major focus of the CUH strategy over the coming years, led from the Strategy team. As a senior member of the Strategy & Major Projects team, this role will combine strategy & analysis, operational and clinical engagement, programme initiation and delivery across multiple organisations.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for:

Delivering the EoESPC's business plan for 2024/25 and setting strategic direction and articulating a 3-5 year plan, based on data analysis and engagement with other clinical, operational and corporate teams in CUH and other trusts, and commissioners.

Building and convening a virtual team across trusts and the regional team to deliver the plan.

Building awareness and engagement with the EoESPC within CUH and across the Cambridge ecosystem, and making links to other strategic priorities for the trust (e.g. research, digital, inequalities, major projects).

Starting to deliver changes to services and pathways based on engagement with commissioners and clinical leaders across member trusts, drawing on previous operational experience to identify and put in to place high impact changes.
