Job summary
Division A has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join the team in the role of Endoscopy Coordinator.
You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be highly organised and have the ability to work innovatively to develop and maintain effective processes and working relationships.
You must have the ability to empower, coach and support staff.
Full training will be given to support you in the role.
Shifts requirements are Thursday to Sunday, over 37.5 hours (Thursday to Saturday 9.5 hours, Sunday 9 hours).
Main duties of the job
To ensure the smooth running of the Endoscopy Unit by managing an administrative team and the processes to deliver an effective service and positive patient experience.
