Job summary

To provide a comprehensive administrator and customer service experience for the E-Rostering Team. This role will include different admin tasks, project work or assistance. To ensure when working on the e-roster system, records are changed or update accurately and according to the staff rostering policy. To effectively work independently and with the rest of the rostering team to ensure systems are updated and workloads are completed.

Main duties of the job

Working collaboratively with our local e-rostering stakeholders and if required liaise with RLDatix (Optima Healthroster) on projects or updates on the system.

Prioritise, plan and organise own tasks and workload.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant parties.

Be able to work alongside a team and independently when required.

Be the first point of contact on the service desk, dealing with different customer queries or questions.

Being able to work with tight deadlines and other teams across the trust on roster based queries or projects.

Confidently escalate tasks or queries to peers or other team members.

Being able to use problem solving skills upon queries or tasks that require attention.

Proactively engage with services users or Bank workers to address enquiries either face to face, via telephone or email.
