Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Staff Benefits Administrator.
You will provide a comprehensive advice and administrative service to support the Trust's wide range of salary sacrifice schemes, staff award schemes and other staff benefits. You will effectively research new benefits, assist with the introduction and undertake the administration. You will ensure scheme processes are continuously reviewed and improved where necessary.
Main duties of the job
Ensure effective communication of new/updated processes and procedures to the wider directorate where appropriate.
Communicate sensitive and often complex information and where needed escalating to Pay and Reward Lead.
Communicate, in the most appropriate way, technical and non-technical information, and sensitive issues to internal and external employees and colleagues.
Communicate with colleagues/customers in a polite, professional, courteous and timely manner by telephone, e-mail and face to face.
Liaise with relevant managers to report on the progress of any new/outstanding or challenging staff benefit scheme related situations.
