Job summary

We are very excited to be opening the Cambridge Movement Surgical Hub in August 2023. The Centre will provide elective orthopaedic surgery and in preparation for opening - we are recruiting a new team. If you are an existing Band 5 RN looking to continue your career in Operating Theatres or Recovery in our brand new unit, whilst being part of a new team - please do get in touch. Similarly, if you are newly qualified or qualifying this year - we'd love to hear from you too.

Either way, you'll be joining us at a very exciting time as we open our new Centre and at the same time joining a wider Theatre team, many of which who have grown their careers with us.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing safe and effective care for patients during the Perioperative period.

To undertake the management of a defined clinical area in accordance with own competence and level of experience when required.

To participate as an integral member of the theatre team.

Participate in the supervision and training of students and junior staff.
