Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic flexible and friendly administrator.

To deliver and maintain a professional administration/clerical and reception service to the Genomics Laboratory Hub and to all its users and colleagues.

Main duties of the job

To receive goods and supplies deliveries and ensuring relevant staff are informed of the arrival of such deliveries.

Update staff records using Healthroster (Trust electronic system) including payroll information for new starters, bank staff, overtime, sickness absence, HR forms, etc.

To support the operational requirements of the Genomics Laboratory

To organise meetings including booking rooms and AV equipment and to take accurate minutes of meetings.
