About the RoleThis hands-on role offers a wide range of tasks, from general repairs and basic fault finding to gardening and decorating. You'll help keep buildings compliant, functional, and comfortable, working closely with the Estates team in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking ForA reliable, proactive individual with a practical approach and willingness to learn. You'll be adaptable, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to high standards.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic fault finding
• Support planned preventative maintenance
• Assist with gardening, decorating, and general upkeep
• Help maintain plant equipment (training provided)
• Carry out basic testing and monitoring tasks
• Support tradespeople with minor works
• Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Follow safety and compliance standard
