Work as a team to support post training which may mean the occasional floorwalking for a Go live or visiting clinical areas to support a Dr, nurse, HCA, Consultant, Personal assistant (PA) to understand a workflow.

There will be times when you will be asked to run drop-in sessions on certain modules, help advise on a training approach, write Quick references guides and become creative with designing some potential online learning. As part of your trainer role, you will also be expected to write and update lesson plans, practise booklets and guides especially when large scale changes have been implemented.

What we are looking for from you as a potential candidate is the ability to facilitate and manage learners with a varying degree of digital skills. You must have an eye for detail and be able to use many of the Microsoft office applications and be confident in using IT.
