Job summary
We are
looking for a communications professional to support NHS Workforce Alliance
working across the national landscape of NHS workforce procurement. The
candidate will support the collaborative
communication workstream to enhance the NHS Workforce Alliances repuation in the
NHS workforce market as well as extend our reach with the new stakeholders as
the workforce landscape develops.
You will be an active member
of our Communications workstream Working closely with communications and
procurement colleagues as well as senior leaders across the 5 partner
organisations within the Alliance. The post holder will support the monitoring, reporting and
evaluation of communications and engagement strategies and communications
channels, using insight to inform improvements.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and delivering strategies for key communication platforms as well as
supporting the day to day operations of the communications workstream,
including but not limited to event management, evaluating effectiveness of
communication activity, creating written content and documentation, providing
advice and support to colleagues and contributing to website and social media content.
Ideally you will be creative, and able to use
your initiative to develop ideas, with excellent communication skills and the
ability to create engaging content and respond flexibly to changing demands,
with experience of working to time pressures.
This role involves occasional travel to
conferences and events, the role can be fully remote or hybrid depending on the
candidates location.

Delivering Communications Activity
Develop
communications and publish
approved information in accordance with the WA strategy.
Ensure all communications are consistent, reflect the WA value proposition and brand guidelines, both visually and in tone.
Use the WA email platform
to issue communications and analytics reporting
