The role will involve supporting the team's assessment pathway, which will include undertaking your own assessment work, under the supervision of senior clinical staff. The successful applicant will hold exceptional organisational skills and have the ability to manage a busy but varied workload. A pro-active and highly professional approach in providing both verbal and written communication is essential to this role, as you will be responsible for writing reports, liaising with other professionals and attending diagnostic meetings. You must have the ability to work both independently and as part of the team. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of neurodiversity and other additional needs to adapt your own communication skills and therapeutic use of self, to meet the needs of the children, young people and families you work with.
