Our international recruitment programme will take you through the steps you'll need to develop yourself as a fully trained nurse with UK registration. You'll join us initially as a Band 4 Pre-registered Nurse and spend your first few weeks being supported in our training rooms to prepare for your OSCE. Once your OSCE preparation programme is complete you will commence your induction to working as a nurse with one of our NHS partner organisations and then begin clinical work as a Pre-Registered Nurse, until you receive your NMC PIN.

Job responsibilities
- The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
- Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward/department area are maintained.
- Ensure that all Trust, Divisional, and Ward/Department Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
- Maintain personal contact with patients, other health care disciplines, relatives and visitors.
- Mentorship support of new staff.
- Mentorship/support of student nurses.
- To undertake appropriate enhanced roles, following the necessary training, e.g. IV drug administration, ECG recording.
- Ensure safe custody and administration of drugs, in accordance with Trust Policy. Professional Issues
- To keep abreast of current trends and developments within nursing, beingconstantly aware of the need for self-development.
- To participate in Personal Development Planning
- To participate in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation Advice to patients and relatives.
- Undertake specific projects requested by Ward/Department Manager.
- Support/promote effective usage of all ward/department resources.
- Flexibility of hours of work as to fit the needs of the service.
