Job summary

Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will join the Outpatient Management team, ensuring a smooth day to day operational management of the department.
  • The post holder will be responsible for management of their team, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
  • The post holder will be required to maintain their clinical skills by undertaking weekly clinical sessions.
  • The post holder will be required to undertake nurse led clinics once trained.
  • The post holder will attend Division and Trust wide meetings and be expected to communicate appropriately to a wide range of staff.

Essential

  • Registered Nurse, degree in nursing studies or equivalent experience

Desirable

  • Management/ team leading qualification
  • Preperation for Mentorship (ENB 998 or equivalent)
