Main duties of the job

Lead and support a team of midwives, ensuring they provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Develop and implement service strategies that align with national guidelines and local needs.

Promote and deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred maternity services within the community.

Build strong relationships with families, offering guidance and support at every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.

Drive quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, integrated care.
