As the Operations Workstream Lead, you will be instrumental in the operational and clinical planning of the Trust's hospital redevelopment programme. This role involves driving hospital operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering patient-centric care to establish the Hospital 2.0 model for the scheme. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks.
Main duties of the job
- Develop an operational plan that aligns with the project's goals, ensuring seamless execution and eventual scheme operation.
- Support the development of the target operating model (TOM) for the new hospital, engaging with clinical leads on clinical pathways.
- Oversee operational activities to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Conduct demand and capacity planning to forecast future patient numbers and healthcare service requirements.
