As Executive Assistant, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and governance of the programme, providing high-level administrative support for board and committee meetings including planning, minute-taking, and action item follow-up.
Effective communication is vital for this role, as you will act as the primary contact for Executive Directors and senior managers, handling complex inquiries professionally.

Main duties of the job
In this role, you will manage electronic and paper correspondence, draft replies, and uphold confidentiality. You will also support budget responsibilities by processing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. The role will also involve the supervision and/or line management of relevant administrative/support staff as required.
Additionally, you will conduct research and propose solutions to complex issues, showcasing a proactive and independent working style. The position also involves assisting with personnel management tasks, including appraisals, training compliance, and maintaining adequate staff cover.
