Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, well-organised and committed Business Support Analyst to support the Care Quality Directorate at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. This post will be based at Peterborough City Hospital.
The post holder will play a key role in proactively developing the effective use and interpretation of information and analytics, providing comprehensive managerial support to support the Care Quality Team, including financial elements.
This is a 12 month fixed term / internal secondment position.
Main duties of the job
The role encompasses working proactively to manage your own workload effectively and efficiently as part of a team, autonomously and with colleagues to carry out a wide range of duties to support the Care Quality Team. There will also be various responsibilities and deadlines; therefore, given the nature of this post, the post holder may be required to work in a flexible way to respond to work patterns and internal and external deadlines and requests.
- To work closely with the Chief Nurse, Deputy Chief Nurse, Care Quality Support Managers to support the Care Quality Team and the overall Trust objectives.
- To liaise with Information Services, IT, Data Quality and Finance to support information-based decisions.
- To liaise with external bodies such as, ICB to make sure that the Trust is reporting data that meets methodology of the KPI being measured.
