Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a positive, highly motivated and quality-driven individual to join their Flexible Staffing Service (FSS) team to deliver temporary staffing solutions to managers and staff across the organisation.

FSS service operates from 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 16:00pm at weekends. You will be required to be available to work within these hours on a rostered basis. Home and office working options available.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will support managers to fill their temporary staffing needs and act as a first point of contact for temporary workers, recruitment agencies and managers. They will work closely with the wider FSS team to gain detailed knowledge of all Flexible Staffing policies and procedures in order to provide cross-cover and work positively towards the development and success of the service.
