An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic anddedicated individual to join our busy leadership administration team as a Band 3 Administrative Assistant supporting the Family & Integrated Support Services (FISS).
To provide a comprehensive and high quality secretarial/administrative support service undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks.
The post is full-time 37.5 hours, permanent between the hours of 8:30am-05:00pm.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills to enable to support the divisional leadership team.
Minute taking experience is desirable with accurate attention to detail being essential as is experience of working with information systems including Microsoft Office.
Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and coordinate workload activities with other administration staff in the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner.
There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department and it is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative.

- Contribute to the overall achievement of the secretarial team workload providing typing, administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient service to the divisional leadership team.
- Assist in the forward planning for meetings, preparing the agenda, papers collated and distributed appropriately and be proactive in ensuring deadlines are met
- Bi-monthly and as required, minute taking at divisional meetings to the required standard
- Assist with the complaints process for the division proactively monitoring against divisional and Trust key performance targets, tracking and closing of action plans.
- Assist in the monitoring and accurate record keeping of divisional governance requirements in line with Trust corporate governance and audit policies.
